When our 53 year-old furnace finally packed it in we called Aqua-Tech. Jonathan and Matthew came quickly and spent an intelligent and informative hour with us, looking around, discussing the electrical capabilities, (my husband is a fully qualified electrician) and different heating options. The estimate arrived promptly that afternoon. We did pursue other estimates and although Aqua-Tech was not the lowest, (but well within the field) we had the most confidence in them.Marco, Behrouz, and Milan arrived on time and stayed for 10 1/2 hours ensuring we had our hot water back on day one as we were converting from a hot water tank to water on demand. (Rinnai Combi Boiler System) The full installation was completed the following day as promised. We were also offered space heaters during their time here. Once completed, Marco went over the system with us and we are completely satisfied with the installation and our interactions with the three technicians that were here for 2 days. It was a good experience from start to finish….and now our house is warm again. 🙂

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Aquatech from start to finish. They were actually the only company that even suggested (and encouraged) that I apply for the BetterHomes rebate for a central ducted heat pump and air handler system, which made a huge difference in affordability. From day one, they were flexible, honest, and very understanding of the unique challenges of my home.When the rebate came through and I asked if installation could be done as soon as possible, they scheduled me for the very next day — which I was extremely grateful for, especially since this was at the end of November and the temperatures were already dropping to around 2–4°C and getting colder. The timing couldn’t have been better.Huge thanks to Tanya, Jody, Roy, and the entire installation team — their communication and professionalism were excellent the whole time.The installation took 3 days, mainly because my house is older and had an electrical subpanel from the late 1970s that needed to be properly reworked. My old furnace was also from that era and had actually started spitting out burnt coals, which set off my carbon monoxide alarm — so this upgrade truly came just in time.The area where the furnace was located was extremely tight and narrow, yet the team still managed to get everything installed cleanly and professionally. The hot water tank had to be moved out of the way for access, and they made sure to disconnect and reconnect the hot water each day so I was never left without it overnight. They even lent me space heaters while the system was off so the house stayed warm.Now that everything is complete, the American Standard Quest central ducted system is incredibly quiet, efficient, and works beautifully — you can barely even tell it’s running except for a gentle airflow through the vents.I can’t recommend Aquatech strongly enough. If you’re considering a heat pump or HVAC upgrade, they’re the team to call.

We had a great experience using Aquatech to install a Mitsubishi Multi split heating and cooling system in our Condo. Matthew walked us through our options and provided all the information required to request an estimate. Alanna was excellent at communication and administration - acquiring the BC Hydro rebate was a seamless part of the process.The install team coordinated by Roy was excellent. They navigated a challenging installation in an efficient and professional manner minimizing any mess or damage.Couldn’t be happier with the finished product which is providing far better heating at less than half the cost of our old system. We haven’t even used it in Summer temperatures yet when Air Conditioning in our very heat efficient condo will be an absolute game changer.I would absolutely recommend Aquatech to anyone wanting to install a heating and cooling system in their home.

I never write reviews but my experience with AquaTech was so above and beyond that I wanted to share. We had a multi-split heat pump installed in our duplex this summer. We got three quotes (as recommended by B.C. Hydro) and right from the first assessment it was clear that the AquaTech team was way more professional and knowledgeable than the other companies we invited in. (Sometimes I still think about how bad things would have gone if I followed the recommendations of the first company we had in for the assessment instead of with AquaTech. Disaster!) Alanna at the office was so helpful and diligent and managed almost all the paperwork and supported our applications for the municipal permits, BC hydro rebate, and federal loan. The install team led by Marco always rang the doorbell at the exact right time and worked so hard on hot days, and even our neighbours commented on how polite they were. We now have a beautiful heating and cooling system, and even though our home does not have a straightforward layout, everything works perfectly. Our upstairs used to be 30+ degrees even in May and June but with the heat pumps it is perfectly cool. Also the whole system comes with a 10 year warranty. Excellent company!

We are very, very pleased with Aquatech and the process from start to finish. We did a lot of research, going back over 1.5 years. We have dealt with numerous companies (for repairs of our old system), and what we found was Aquatech's technicians and managers were upfront and honest about our system, conducted thorough testing with upfront costs, and offered a solution that finally gave us reassurance. The reviews we read prior to going with Aquatech helped a great deal, but after our experience with them, the reviews are right. I highly recommend Aquatech.Some highlights that stood out for us:- Professional and courteous throughout, from estimator to technicians and isntallers.- Responsive in communication - quick, informative and understood our situation and needs- Clean and quality installation - compared to our previous system, this one - even to someone who knows little about such systems - looks 10x more solid, and well put together. The installers were in our home for 4 days, and were very courteous and professional.- The 10 year warranty tells us they stand by their work.

We had the Continental Dual Fuel heat pump and Navien tankless water heater installed by the Aquatech team several months ago, and it's been an excellent experience from start to finish!For the start, Quintin, our sales rep, was very thorough in walking us through the installation process and answering all our questions. The office staff, Tanya and James, were also fantastic, helping us applying for FortisBC rebate. The installation team was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. The two-day installation went smoothly and was completed cleanly and responsibly. We noticed a bit of noise from one of the air vents when the A/C was running, and the team lead promptly arranged to replace the vent cover. Dong came by to handle this and clearly explained everything he did. Excellent service all around.Highly recommend Aquatech to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and caring professionals. Our family had a heat pump installed by AquaTech back in April. Jonathan was knowledgeable and explained the different heat pump options patiently. Aquatech from the initial visit to the final invoice and in-between were great !! Quintin was very knowledgeable and professional at our initial meeting about getting a heat pump, tankless water heater and air purification system. James and Tanya, were totally amazing and helpful throughout the paper work involved from the initial quote to the final invoice. I found they were always there to answer my questions and helped us from start to finish with the financing and helping us with the paper work to get the various grants we were able to get. The installers were efficient, polite and were totally excellent in setting up the heat pump and all its required equipment that as necessary to make it work. At the end they took the time to walk us through how everything was working together to help cool and heat the house. I have included below a few photos, inside the furnace room, the heat pump outside, the air intake on the roof and the smart thermostat. An added bonus for us, we had a/c for the first during the hot summer this year, 2025.

I want to share my experince with Aquatech Heating & Air conditioning.I contacted Aquatech to install the heating system at the end of April in order to take advantage of the government rebate program.A team of 5 technicians came over to my house to prepare the upcoming installing work. The team leader Trevor took his time to explain to me all the procedures. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them. The work they did was very professional and courteous.Aquatech may not be the cheapest company out there, but with the service and professionalism I think it worth every penny.

I recently had a technician, Dong, from the Aquatech Maintenance Program, come and do the service work. He arrived on time, explained all work to be done and kept me updated as each phase was completed. He gave me a final report verbally on any issues( there were none) and would do a writing report for my file. My exterior heat pump unit is as clean as the day it was installed. We had an urgent need to get it done before the end of June and the Aquatech team very generously squeezed us in to what I am sure was a very very busy schedule.This is a complicated process with planning, installation, permits, rebates and trouble-shooting, and we are grateful for the knowledge, expertise, and very hard work of both the admin and technical teams.I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Roy for recognizing the urgency of our request, setting things in motion so quickly, and administrative support. With a 3-level house, it took a little tweaking to balance the temperatures on each level - cooler in the basement and warmer on the upper floor, but thanks to advice from Daniel we figured out a system that works and are very very grateful.And loving the on-demand unlimited hot water too! We got the traditional 3 quotes. They were all similar, but something stood out with Aquatech. They offered the 10 year labour warranty and they were great with communication. I highly recommend Aquatech as your next heat pump installer. Here’s a detailed insight into the entire process of installing a heat pump unit in a stratified condo.When choosing a reliable contractor, my three key principles are timely communication, price transparency, and quality workmanship. Aquatech checks all these boxes.The initial assessment with Quintin was smooth and cordial. He was transparent about the pricing and clearly informed us that contractor costs for window and drywall replacement were not included in the service. We initially decided on an indoor unit location, but after he left, we changed our minds. I gave him a quick call to ask for his opinion, and he promptly updated the estimate.Living in a condo, strata applications for heat pumps can be quite daunting. We specifically chose Aquatech because they provided all the necessary documentation for strata review and promptly answered any questions raised by the Council. They even followed up with strata on the status before I had a chance to do so.Once the application was approved, Roy contacted me the next day to schedule a Project Manager visit to finalize the details. We planned the installation for three weeks after the approval date.On the day of the PM visit, Daniel was a bit late but messaged me in advance, so I was able to plan accordingly. When he arrived, he offered suggestions on wiring locations and areas where drywall needed to be opened up, and he answered all our questions.The actual installation took place over three days. Trevor, Bruce, and their team arrived early each morning. They worked more than eight hours each day to complete the installation. There were some areas we forgot to cover up, and they took care of that for us. They also laid out drop cloths and carpets to protect the floors while transporting equipment. After finishing each day’s work, they vacuumed the area and moved all their tools into a single room so we could use our living room in the evening.During the installation, we wanted to move the outdoor unit by a couple of inches after they had almost completed it. They didn’t hesitate and helped us modify it right away.Overall, the entire process was completed seamlessly and on schedule. From the initial quote to completion, it took less than six weeks, including a two-week wait for strata approval. Aquatech delivered exceptional service throughout.

Workmanship for installation of my dual heat pump and furnace system are very good, detailed and very professional, such as all sheet metal works and piping are fixed in high accuracy. I highly recommend Aqua Tech. Every interaction with any member of their team was extremely professional and polite. We were interested in having air conditioning for our home and an ev charger installed in our carport. Johnathon made the presentation to us and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Tanya, their Admin Assistant was awesome at coordinating activities, troubleshooting and assisting with paperwork for various grants and loans and permit work. Yusaku was onsite and supervised and directed the work. I cannot say enough good things about Yusaku, extremely knowledgeable, polite and worked great with his team. This job was not straightforward as we have an older home. We had a heat pump installed, a new furnace, a new electrical service, and outlet and wiring for the charger at the carport, a mast installed (as per code), new electrical wires and a transformer to the pole outside our house and cuts to the sidewalk next to our house for electrical grounding. There were also cuts made in the ceiling to run pipe thru for the air conditioning. All these cuts were done very neatly making it easy to repair. Aqua Tech performed most of the work but some was subbed out as well requiring a fair amount of coordination to allow this to run smoothly, thank you again Tanya. BTW the sub contractors were great too. Tanya was also involved in getting our Greener Homes Loan approved and our Fortis grant accepted and arranging with BC Hydro to have our wires and transformer installed. At the end of the day I’m happy to say everything is up and running and we are very happy. Thank you again Aqua Tech!! 👍👍

After getting quotes from three different companies, we went to Aquatech because the quoting process was the most detailed of the three. They were great with getting us on the installation queue quickly, which we appreciated so as to get our heat pump system installed before it got hot last summer. There were SO many people on the install team, that it was fairly disruptive at our house, given we have a young family and remote work. Although I'm sure it helped get the job done fast. Since the install, we had one issue with our heads not operating on heater mode, but they sent a technician out quickly to have a look and do some fix with the fluid levels. After almost a full cycle of seasons, we've discovered some issues with parts of the house needing heat while others needing a fann (not A/C) and that not being possible. I think that's a limitation of the technology, not necessarily Aquatech. Overall, we'd recommend Aquatech.

Just had a new American Standard dual fuel system installed by Aquatech a few weeks ago. Really glad we decided to go with them, they are definitely top notch. I'm a big fan of Consumer Reports and their surveys over the past few years always show that American Standard systems are rated the highest amongst their subscribers and knew that Aquatech was a big American Standard dealer. First contact with the sales rep (Quintin) was at the 2025 Spring Home Show. He was very easy to deal with and answered all of my many questions before we decided to go with Aquatech. They did the install in 2 days and the lead installer (Ken) along with the rest of the installers (Alex, Ryan, Majinder and Yusaku) were very meticulous. We always had a sense of comfort that everything was being installed correctly without any shortcuts. Their front office staff is also great to deal with. Had lots of contact with their office administrator (Tanya) and she is very customer service focused which I greatly appreciated. The office manager (James) also contacted me when I had a question about the equipment and he was able to explain everything so it was easy to understand. We did have one issue with the Weather function on our thermostat not working because it wasn't accepting our postal code and another office staff person (Paul) contacted me quickly about this and sent Yusaku out to investigate immediately and the issue was resolved (ended up being an American Standard software issue, nothing related to the install). Shows that Aquatech cares about follow-up customer service. Would definitely recommend Aquatech highly for anyone considering installing a heat pump and/or natural gas furnace.

They had an expert calculate the space, electrical needs, water usage, and give us advice. Aquatech installed a Mitsubishi Zuba central cold climate heat pump on our home in March. Overall their professionalism and process was excellent from start to finish. We had 3 other contractors come give us quotes, but aquatech stood out above all the others in how knowledgeable they are with installing heat pumps. They did the calculations at our kitchen table in terms of what type of system would best fit with our Energuide assessment, and how much it would cost. When our 53 year-old furnace... finally packed it in we called Aqua-Tech. Jonathan and Matthew came quickly and spent an intelligent and informative hour with us, looking around, discussing the electrical capabilities, (my husband is a fully qualified electrician) and different heating options. The estimate arrived promptly that afternoon. We did pursue other estimates and although Aqua-Tech was not the lowest, (but well within the field) we had the most confidence in them.Marco, Behrouz, and Milan arrived on time and stayed for 10 1/2 hours ensuring we had our hot water back on day one as we were converting from a hot water tank to water on demand. (Rinnai Combi Boiler System) The full installation was completed the following day as promised. We were also offered space heaters during their time here. Once completed, Marco went over the system with us and we are completely satisfied with the installation and our interactions with the three technicians that were here for 2 days. I had an absolutely amazing... experience with Aquatech from start to finish. They were actually the only company that even suggested (and encouraged) that I apply for the BetterHomes rebate for a central ducted heat pump and air handler system, which made a huge difference in affordability. From day one, they were flexible, honest, and very understanding of the unique challenges of my home.When the rebate came through and I asked if installation could be done as soon as possible, they scheduled me for the very next day — which I was extremely grateful for, especially since this was at the end of November and the temperatures were already dropping to around 2–4°C and getting colder. The timing couldn’t have been better.Huge thanks to Tanya, Jody, Roy, and the entire installation team — their communication and professionalism were excellent the whole time.The installation took 3 days, mainly because my house is older and had an electrical subpanel from the late 1970s that needed to be properly reworked. My old furnace was also from that era and had actually started spitting out burnt coals, which set off my carbon monoxide alarm — so this upgrade truly came just in time.The area where the furnace was located was extremely tight and narrow, yet the team still managed to get everything installed cleanly and professionally. The hot water tank had to be moved out of the way for access, and they made sure to disconnect and reconnect the hot water each day so I was never left without it overnight. They even lent me space heaters while the system was off so the house stayed warm.Now that everything is complete, the American Standard Quest central ducted system is incredibly quiet, efficient, and works beautifully — you can barely even tell it’s running except for a gentle airflow through the vents.I can’t recommend Aquatech strongly enough. I never write reviews but my... experience with AquaTech was so above and beyond that I wanted to share. We had a multi-split heat pump installed in our duplex this summer. We got three quotes (as recommended by B.C. Hydro) and right from the first assessment it was clear that the AquaTech team was way more professional and knowledgeable than the other companies we invited in. (Sometimes I still think about how bad things would have gone if I followed the recommendations of the first company we had in for the assessment instead of with AquaTech. Disaster!) Alanna at the office was so helpful and diligent and managed almost all the paperwork and supported our applications for the municipal permits, BC hydro rebate, and federal loan. The install team led by Marco always rang the doorbell at the exact right time and worked so hard on hot days, and even our neighbours commented on how polite they were. We now have a beautiful heating and cooling system, and even though our home does not have a straightforward layout, everything works perfectly. Our upstairs used to be 30+ degrees even in May and June but with the heat pumps it is perfectly cool. Also the whole system comes with a 10 year warranty. Excellent company!read more

We are very, very pleased... with Aquatech and the process from start to finish. We did a lot of research, going back over 1.5 years. We have dealt with numerous companies (for repairs of our old system), and what we found was Aquatech's technicians and managers were upfront and honest about our system, conducted thorough testing with upfront costs, and offered a solution that finally gave us reassurance. We had the Continental Dual... Fuel heat pump and Navien tankless water heater installed by the Aquatech team several months ago, and it's been an excellent experience from start to finish!For the start, Quintin, our sales rep, was very thorough in walking us through the installation process and answering all our questions. The office staff, Tanya and James, were also fantastic, helping us applying for FortisBC rebate. The installation team was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. The two-day installation went smoothly and was completed cleanly and responsibly. We noticed a bit of noise from one of the air vents when the A/C was running, and the team lead promptly arranged to replace the vent cover. Dong came by to handle this and clearly explained everything he did. Excellent service all around.Highly recommend Aquatech to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and caring professionals. We recently had a Mitsubishi... multi split heat pump installed for our home and are very satisfied with our experience in hiring Aquatech. Quintin did our initial estimate and provided details on which system would work best for our home and would qualify for the government loan program. Alanna provided great assistance with navigating the loan application which was greatly appreciated. Trevor and his team installed our system and did such an excellent job. Aquatech from the initial... visit to the final invoice and in-between were great !! Quintin was very knowledgeable and professional at our initial meeting about getting a heat pump, tankless water heater and air purification system. James and Tanya, were totally amazing and helpful throughout the paper work involved from the initial quote to the final invoice. I found they were always there to answer my questions and helped us from start to finish with the financing and helping us with the paper work to get the various grants we were able to get. The installers were efficient, polite and were totally excellent in setting up the heat pump and all its required equipment that as necessary to make it work. At the end they took the time to walk us through how everything was working together to help cool and heat the house. I have included below a few photos, inside the furnace room, the heat pump outside, the air intake on the roof and the smart thermostat. An added bonus for us, we had a/c for the first during the hot summer this year, 2025.read more

I want to share my experince... with Aquatech Heating & Air conditioning.I contacted Aquatech to install the heating system at the end of April in order to take advantage of the government rebate program.A team of 5 technicians came over to my house to prepare the upcoming installing work. The team leader Trevor took his time to explain to me all the procedures. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them.
